The eyes of the padel world will turn to Reus, a vibrant city in Spain’s Costa Daurada, as it prepares to host the 15th edition of the FIP Junior World Cup. From September 29th to October 5th, 2025, the tournament will showcase the sport’s most promising young talents, reaffirming its vital role in shaping the next generation of international padel stars.

Organized by the International Padel Federation (FIP) and Premier Padel Spain, with significant support from the Government of Catalonia, the Tarragona–Costa Daurada Provincial Council, and the City Council of Reus, alongside collaborations with the Spanish Padel Federation (FEP) and the Catalan Padel Federation (FCP), this event promises to be a spectacular display of skill and sportsmanship.

Following a highly successful 2023 edition in Asunción, Paraguay, where Spain claimed both the men’s and women’s team titles, the FIP Junior World Cup makes its anticipated return to European soil. The official opening ceremony is slated for September 28th, with the main draw matches commencing the following day, September 29th.

FIP President Luigi Carraro expressed his immense enthusiasm for the upcoming tournament, highlighting the joyous prospect of witnessing the young athletes’ excitement. “For all of us, the greatest joy will be reading the excitement in the eyes of the young athletes taking part in this FIP Junior World Cup 2025,” Carraro stated.

He offered a heartfelt message to the participants, encouraging them to embrace the experience fully: “To them I say: enjoy yourselves, socialise and make friends, learn from one another, compete with fairness and sportsmanship, and remember that one day you will be the champions you now dream of becoming. You are our step into the future, and the living proof that padel will continue to grow – just as it has, thanks to those who came before you and who now put on a show on courts around the world.”

The tournament will feature national teams composed of players from the Under 14, Under 16, and Under 18 age categories. This comprehensive age-group representation underscores the FIP’s and national federations’ unwavering commitment to nurturing young talent and solidifying padel’s status as a truly global sport. The 2025 FIP Junior World Cup is poised to be a significant milestone for the discipline, offering a captivating spectacle for padel enthusiasts worldwide.
